&lt;br /&gt;
  Innovation requires not only creative people and organizations, but also the availability of technology and science and engineering talent. People who try to make great things up should be smart and qualified but I think that they have to be pure in soul more than anything else. They don’t have to innovate with the aim of hurting someone else. Therefore they must be honest and responsible.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A product that is an example  of innovation is the vaccine which can prevent flu amongst many others diseases.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2) &amp;quot;Technology and innovation are synergistic.&amp;quot; Could you explain this idea in your own words.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The phrase means that technology and innovation feed each other in the sense that what technology produces isolated improves when you add innovation and vice versa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For example, I think that medical innovation couldn’t be so upgraded if technology wasn’t extremely advanced. Products such as peniciline, antibiotics and vaccines have changed the world history. They couldn’t have done it if the technology hadn’t existed.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3) Give an example of two other concepts which you consider synergistic.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Knowledge and curiosity are sinergistic: the more you know, the more you want to know. The hunger for knowledge makes you be keen on learning.</description>
